The teacher, Xu Mingsong, led the team to visit the space surrounding the Carmo Monastery, renovated by the architect Alvaro Siza. I took a ride on the late 19th-century Neo-Gothic St. Jus Elevator, and, of course, I also visited the Bel\u00e9m Cultural Center designed by V. Gregotti. One day, I also visited the Alcoba\u00e7a Monastery, a World Heritage Site located an hour&#8217;s drive north of Lisbon.
